5 May 22: NEW: The United Council of Veterans is holding a teleconference on Mon 09 May 22 from 1900 to 2000 hrs, to explain the Decoration Day Cadet Project, an opportunity to earn volunteer hours. Email the Admin O to get the link for the call.
25 Apr 22: The April Routine Orders have been published on the Corps Operations page. All cadets are responsible for reading and following these orders.
8 Apr 22: The Directorate of Cadets has provided direction on vaccination requirements for summer training. See CANCDTGEN 005/22.
24 Mar 22: A new set of Routine Orders has been posted to the Corps Operations page. Publication of these documents was paused due to the necessity of virtual training, but has now resumed. Routine Orders are normally published at roughly monthly intervals, and all cadets are expected to read these and be aware of their contents.
19 Mar 22: 62 RHLI will conduct a fund-raising run/walk on 9 Apr 22. Cadets are encouraged to register to participate by going to the Vimy Run for Riley Cadets website, and clicking on "Register". You should also encourage friends and family to support this activity by clicking on "Donate to participant."
23 Mar 22: NEW: This Saturday and Sunday, cadets will participate in community service, assisting with the Around the Bay road race. Cadets are to be at the armoury, in appropriate civilian clothing, NLT 0830 on Saturday, and 0730 on Sunday. This is your chance to earn community service hours.

4 Mar 22: NEW: We will conduct in-person marksmanship training this coming Saturday, 5 Mar 22, commencing 0800 hrs at John Foote Armoury. Masking, distancing, vaccine mandate still in effect. Lunch will be provided. Screen yourself before arrival.

8 Oct 21: We are now authorized to conduct in-person activities. However, our next training night, Tue 12 Oct 21, will remain virtual as scheduled. We are not yet permitted to use John Foote Armoury. As stated in LCol O'Leary's letter of 20 Sep 21, we are obliged to comply with the requirements of any facilities we use. Most of these are likely to require that anyone entering the facility be fully vaccinated.
